Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Contact our customer service if you wish to modify your order; however, we have a cutoff time of 8:00 PM CST.

Consumer Rights Notice

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable United States consumer protection laws. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if a product is defective, unsafe, significantly different from the description, or not of acceptable quality.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@valenzashop.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and applied to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

•       Clear photos of the item and packaging

•       A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
